Fine views from hillside, Unique aquapark experience, Various pools catering to different preferences
The remote hilltop location makes getting to shops a hassle!!! The pool access limited to daytime hours feels restrictive for evening relaxation!!! Wi-Fi connectivity issues are frustrating trying to stay connected!!!

great amenities but missing shade areas
Eating options were plentiful with food served around the clock, perfect for our family schedule. The children's club provided a wonderful environment, keeping the kids entertained throughout our stay. The garden view from our Villa Standard Room was a good bonus.
There were not enough shaded areas near the pools, making it uncomfortable during the hotter parts of the day.

Let me tell you about the food! The Turkish cuisine was downright delectable, with fresh ingredients and a wide range of flavors. I couldn't get enough of the gozleme served in the afternoon-totally hit the spot! Plus, the sprawling gardens were a peaceful retreat after all that eating. You'll get your steps in, trust me!
Okay, not everything was sunshine and rainbows. We faced a real scare with security one night. They didn't let us in because I forgot my hotel band, and it turned ugly fast. It was terrifying for my family, and the night manager was in no position to help. Talk about rough service!

Couples Dream Getaway
The view from our room was nothing short of lovely. Every evening we watched the sunset, painting the sky with a amazing array of colors that took our breath away. The infinity pool was a highlight too.
It wasn't exactly a bargain, but honestly, worth every penny for the experience we had.

We stayed in a spacious villa room with an amazing mountain view, and the food was beyond delicious. I loved the relaxing time at the infinity pool and the fun at the aqua park. Just a heads up, the pools close at 6 PM, so plan your swims accordingly 😊

The room was spacious, clean, and the cleaning staff excelled in their tasks. The furniture felt outdated and basic, which impacted the overall comfort . Customer service left much to be desired, with staff interactions falling short of expectations, especially in addressing room issues.

I loved that the hotel was nestled in a fine location, giving us amazing mountain views from our balcony, and being just under 3 km from the fascinating Naula Ancient City made it easy to explore this historical landmark at our own pace.

Staying here with friends killed it! We loved the water park and tried out the spa, relaxing. The green surroundings were beautiful too. Just remember, the hotel is on a hill, so be prepared for some stairs. It's great for a fun group vacation!
I had an issue with unprofessional lobby staff. It was frustrating trying to get help when you need assistance.
